Make your own Salad

Customize your salad exactly the way you like it, with a variety of fresh and delicious ingredients to choose from for your perfect own salad

Vegetables

Start with a base of crisp lettuce or cabbage, and then add your favorite veggies like juicy tomatoes, sweet peppers, crunchy broccoli, tangy onions, green onions, earthy beets, refreshing cucumber, and sweet carrot.

Proteins

To make your salad more filling and nutritious, you can add your choice of protein. We offer grilled salmon, shrimp, chicken, falafel, shawarma beef, or kafta to top your salad.

Mezze (Sides):

Complement your salad with our flavorful mezze sides like hummus, baba ghanuj, cucumber yogurt, or tarator, which is a traditional tahini-based sauce.

Dressings

To bring it all together, you can drizzle your salad with your choice of dressing, including French, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Italian Vinaigrette, Ranch, Olive oil, Limon Garlic Vinegar, or our zesty cilantro sauce.

Toppings

Add some extra texture and flavor to your salad with toppings like crumbly feta cheese,  the traditional crunchy Za’atar (spice mix made with oregano and other herbs), sweet corn, nutty sunflower seeds, or tangy dried cranberries.

Proteins

Protein-rich meats and seafood, including chicken shawarma, beef shawarma, kafta, salmon fillet, or grilled shrimp. Each option is marinated in our signature blend of herbs and spices for maximum flavor.

Sides

Add a base of your choice, including rice, white vermicelli, bulgur wheat (known as Burgol), or mashed potato.

Mezze

To add some extra flavor, you can choose from our mezze selection, including traditional hummus, red pepper hummus, baba ghanuj, cucumber yogurt, or tarator.
